The first Asia Poker League series of the year was held in Seoul, South Korea from February 2nd to February 6th. In this series, the vaccine pass was applied to all including players and dealers. Only those who were vaccinated 2 weeks or more after the second vaccination or those who tested negative for PCR were allowed to enter the table.
#1 Main Event: Player Sharon Yoon defeats 1100 players to become the main event champion ($83,607)
The total prize money of the main event in which 1100 players participated from ten flights was ₩700,000,000. 176 players advanced to Day-2 of the Main Event.
Final Table reached on Day-3 of the Main Event. Hours passed, before only 3 players were left. The three agreed to an ICM chop and the trophy went to Sharon Yoon who had the most chips and took home his first ever trophy.

#9 Deepstack: Player: Yoon Kyo Sung won his Second Goldman ($10,419)
The second largest field of the series after the main event was made on event #9 Deepstack which is ended up with the max of 190 entries. This event was the most popular side event of the series. Registration was closed before level 3 with 190 entries.
After playing nearly 10 hours, 36 players advanced to Day-2 then top 20 players were guaranteed a payout. Final table was made few hours later after day-2 started. The final reached an ICM Chop agreement. Then Players continued play for the coveted for the trophy.
Finally, player Yoon Kyo Sung, the former APL Champion in Clark, Philippines (2019) grabbed his second APL trophy in Seoul.
